Thank you for your interest in participating in this survey. 

We want to explore your knowledge, skills, and experiences of involving people with MND in clinical research, when consent to involvement is more challenging.  This includes people with the cognitive /behavioural changes associated with MND, those with fronto-temporal dementia or those with profound communication difficulties.  We are also interested in your thoughts and experiences of research as people approach the end of life with MND. 

Your insights will contribute to a better understanding of the current landscape and identify areas for improvement to promote research inclusivity for all those affected by MND.
